Organic and local cuisine

Organic cuisine, vegetables sourced largely from the garden or local producers, and including Aubrac beef from the Joffrois and Dutrevis butchers, whose reputation extends far beyond our region.

 

Roast beef cooked and smoked over a wood fire in the Auvergne style (on request, minimum 4 people).

 

The Cantal cheese comes from Condutier in Pierrefort.

An unusual place

Meals are taken in the former "salla," the living room of the Lord of old.

 

This room features a very rare fireproof ceiling, constructed of volcanic rock and roughly hewn beams.
